End User License Agreement & Acceptable Use

Subject to your organization's subscription and these terms, AquaOps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the web application for your organization's internal aquatic-operations work.

This license does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual-property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You must follow your organization's training, pool-operation procedures, and regulator requirements when using AquaOps. Use the platform only on behalf of the organization that invited or authorized you, and only within the permissions assigned to your account.

You are responsible for the materials you upload or enter, including notes, readings, attachments, corrective actions, and support submissions, and for ensuring that those materials do not violate law, confidentiality duties, or third-party rights.

You may not share accounts, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload malware, spam other users, misuse support channels, scrape data, or use the service in a way that disrupts normal operation or compromises security.

You may not use AquaOps outputs as the sole basis for emergency response, chemical dosing, or life-safety decisions without appropriate human review and facility-level verification.

Your access may end if your organization removes you, if your account is deactivated, or if we suspend access for misuse, security concerns, or violation of these terms or the Terms of Service.

When access ends, your right to use the software stops immediately, but records already created inside the organization's workspace may remain as part of that organization's operational history.
