Terms of Service

AquaOps is provided for aquatic-facility operations, including chemical logging, maintenance tracking, compliance workflows, alerts, and operational reporting. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only through accounts that your organization has authorized.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into the platform, for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, and for ensuring that each user account belongs to the person actually using it.

AquaOps may surface calculations, thresholds, reminders, or recommended follow-up actions based on the data entered into the system. Those outputs are decision-support tools, not a substitute for trained professional judgment, local operating procedures, manufacturer instructions, or regulator direction.

Your organization remains responsible for chemical dosing, closures, reopenings, maintenance decisions, staffing, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance. AquaOps is not liable for injury, damage, citation, or loss arising from reliance on incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or misunderstood data or recommendations.

You may not use AquaOps to interfere with the service, bypass permissions, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape other customers' data, upload unlawful or malicious material, or reverse engineer the platform except where applicable law prohibits that restriction.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, nonpayment, security risk, or violation of these terms in order to protect the service and other customers.

We work to keep AquaOps available and to preserve operational records, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Outages, maintenance windows, third-party service failures, and internet interruptions can affect access or timing.

We may update the platform, these terms, or related policies as the product and regulatory environment evolve. Continued use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
